Small Steps is one of my all time favorite books because Peg Kehret brought her childhood experience with polio to life :) by Ms. Librarian
I bet Peg will get anuther roomate because there are a lot more peole that have polio.
Why did The doctors put Peg in the same room as Tommy?
Peg does get to see her parents because peg left the isolation room so her parents were able to see her while she wasin the hospitle
I liked the part when Peg asked if she could have a milkshake and she got one because I felt like the doctors were spoiling her.
I liked the part where pegwas realesed from the iron lung and then moved to a new room with eight-year-old Tommy in the iron lung.
I liked that part to, but I didn't like where Peg had to have all her gifts burned. I felt bad. I do think Peg will get to go home. She has been feeling better.
Peg couldn't have a milkskake because those kinds of milk products would make her choke. The milkshake saved her life because she hadn't eaten and had a fever.
I don't think she will get a new roomate because she is feeling a lot better than before. I think she will get to go home soon. That was a very good question.
Will Peg ever get to go home and see her family and friends, also will she get to go back to school?
I liked the part where Pegs Mom and Dad got to see her and they brought all the cards and presents that people got her, also where peg got the bear form Art.
I do not understand why peg can not have a milkshake. Also I do not understand why peg said that the milkshake saved her life
Will Peg ever get a new roomate instead of the little eight-year old boy named Tommy?
I loved the part where Peg wanted a chocolate milkshake, but she wasn't supposed to have that kind of food. Her parents made her have one though.
