iwould change the ending when Rhyme and Reason are saved because its the main plot in the story and it lasted about four paragraphs when it should be longer!!!
hor was trying to make it more friendly for younger kids just so it wasn't something to ceepy.
If I could change any part of the story, I would probably change the demons. I think of demons as big scary monsters, not men without any faces. I think the aut
is very short and not to the point. The clinbing action in this book is so big, so then you expect this great resolution but you don't get it.
If I could change any part of the book, I would change the section at the end about rescuing Rhyme and Reason. When Milo and the others are with them, that part
I would change the walking to Infinity part. It seems a little odd that Milo didn't realize he would never reach Infinity. .58 had to explain.
I appreciate your comments and hope you enjoyed using Wallwisher for this response!
The part of the book I would change is the part about climbing the stairs to Infinity. I know it's supose to teach Milo a inportant lesson, but it is like a gap
or space in the book. Almost as if the author ran out of ideas and decided to put that part in there to add more sentences. That is my answer to your question.
I would change the begining of the book. I mean, it;s not very discripted, and it's kind of boring. Even though the boring part is quick, it is still boring
If I could change any part in the entire book, I would change the part when Milo, Tock, and the Humbug were floating away in the Casle in the Air.
The part of the story I would change is the part when Milo leaves because it leaves you hanging on what hapens in wisdom.
I would change the very end of the book because I would like another adventure to take place in the tollbooth.
I would change the part when Milo reaches the Doldrums because their is no part of the story that involves that place every other place helps support the story.
I would change the part when Milo and Tock find the Humbug...I think what is his purpose in the story, and I think he has no point being in the story.
I would change the ending of Phantom Tollbooth the same reason why someone would change the ending of a movie: You want to here more of the story.
Fan and Pick: response to The Phantom Tollbooth book review: What part of the story would you change? Explain your choice. thanks for sharing!
