I have started to exercise for 1 hour every day.
We bought a juicer. Cole's favorite combination is apple and grapes. He even drinks carrot juice!
I'm going to the gym three times a week.
I 'll work on playing less video games.

I swam a mile this morning. I am trying to get to bed early so I can workout before school.

I have joined a jazzercise class and it is a lot of fun. It gives me more energy and I feel so much better!
