I love Animoto because it is easy to use and gives excellent results quickly.
Definition of Terms for what Web 2.0 is? Also be interesting to see what context (PLN-professional development, elementary or secondary classroom?)
I love Edmodo.com. It allows me to communicate with students. They submit their work on line and can view their grades as soon as I finishing grading them.
I like Google Docs. I teach in 2 bldgs so I never have to worry about where a document is saved. I love using Google Forms with both students and teachers.
Delicious.com for online bookmarking. Also use tags for websites that provide resources to students, and give parents URL+tag to see my choices.
Etherpad is a straightforward, easy to use and a lot of fun for a spontaneous collaboration activity for students.
I also appreciate tools like rssinclude.com
pbworks.com. I use a premium wiki to have students work collaboratively on chemistry projects and group lab reports.
Love Wikispaces! Can't get more professional development than on Twitter and Plurk!
Thinkfinity has something for everyone.
