I plan to use wallwisher with students who are reading the same book. I may have them respond to questions about the characters or just comment on a book.

Could this be used in a student cafeteria to keep their minds alert? Projected onto a wall? Ideas?

This will be a great "brainstorming" tool to develop ideas on a variety of topics.

I use it for needs analysis - ask students what activities/topics they like most. Here's my post with more on how I use it

You could use it at the beginning of the session for Ss to write questions that they would like answering during the session....and then review them at the end

I love this tool. I've used it as an icebreaker at the beginning of the year for my sts. to write expectations and plans.

I've used wallwisher for KWL - great when we had a snow day. Quiet kids 'say' more on wallwisher too.

You could use it to get feedback from your students. What's more they could do it anonymously. Tip ask them to say what is good and what could be better ;o)

This brings to mind the fun activity of making a story.Ss could post pictures or sentences which they may then use to make a story.

Stavroula says

Since this is a wallwisher, why not let students post what they wish their lessons to include?

Annita says

I haven't used this yet, but it looks fantastic! One idea is to set a topic & ask students to post related links & videos. I will try it with my FCE Class!
