I think this would be more enjoyable for their homework than their learning logs

How about a display board of photos of each member of staff, put a face to a name!

Parents would appreciate having school holidays for holidays and not homework, especially now we face fines for termtime holidays!

Explain clearly to parents and pupils how you decide which pupils are selected to appear on the achievers list. Some children never get a mention!

Cross country around the big field for those who want to do it, maybe as an afterschool club?

Can all the classes have a blog please, as interested as I am in other classes I'd like to see what my children are doing. My children are missing out!

Share good things that happen in our school by showing them in assembly.
